TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 8 April 2015 it transferred 2,380ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was nil. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,191,491 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 149,442,245 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
