TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 12 May 2015 it transferred 403ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 616 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,179,852 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 149,453,884 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
