TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 23 June 2015 it transferred 259ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 1155 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,174,425 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 149,459,311 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
