TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 28 July 2015 it transferred 204ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 931 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,166,280 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 149,467,456 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
