TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 6 October 2015 it transferred 633,892ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was nil pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 676,298 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 149,958,539 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
