TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 27 October 2015 it transferred 491ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 590 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,137,219 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 149,497,618ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
