TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 9 November 2015 it transferred 9,854ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was nil pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,127,208 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 149,507,629ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
