TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 20 November 2015 it transferred 120,882ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was nil pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,006,326 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 149,628,511ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
