TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 6 March 2017 it transferred 3,901 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury toparticipants in its employee share plans. The highest and lowest transfer price was 931 pence and 547 pence, respectively. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 483,398 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,160,330ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
