TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

 

Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 14 February 2022 it
transferred 211 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants
in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 1279 pence.  Following
the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,609,924 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 150,450,366 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
