The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on
5th June 2026 at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP, 12 New Fetter Lane,
London, EC4A 1JP at 11:30 a.m. BST.

 

The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders on 8th May
