The Company was notified on 20 March 2024 of the following transfers of
ordinary shares in the Company of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Julie
Barker, wife of Robert Barker, Finance Director of Colefax Group Plc,
transferred a total of 19,486 shares to her adult daughters for nil
consideration. Following these transfers Robert Barker and Julie Barker
together hold 80,000 shares in Colefax Group Plc representing 1.29% of the
issued share capital.
