Full Year Trading Update

 

Since we announced our interim results on 28 January 2026 trading in the
Group's core Fabric Division has been ahead of expectations, following strong
trading in the US, with like for like sales for the three months to 30 April
2026 up by 7.0% against a strong prior year comparative. As a result, the
Group expects profit before tax for the year ended 30 April 2026 to be not
less than £10.5 million.
