** J.P.Morgan raises PT to $8 from $7, says emergence of AI and transformation of higher education driving shift towards online education and skills market

** RBC raises PT to $10 from $8; believes pandemic has created lasting tailwinds for co, sees room for more educational degrees to be fully online

** At least three brokerages raise their PTs on the stock

** Nine analysts rate stock "buy" or higher, four "hold" and two "sell"; median PT is $10 -LSEG

** Including current session moves, COUR up 1.9% YTD
