** Shares of casual dining chain Cracker Barrel Old Country Store CBRL.O down about 8.8% at $45.25 in extended trading

** Co expects fiscal 2026 revenue of $3.35 billion to $3.45 billion, compared with analysts' estimates of $3.52 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Sees adjusted EBITDA in range of $150 million to $190 million vs $224.3 million it reported for 2025

** Reports Q4 adjusted profit at 74 cents per share, compared with analysts' estimates of 80 cents

** In August, company said it would stick with its decades-old logo, scrapping plans for a new one following social media backlash, including from U.S. President Donald Trump

** CBRL stock down 6% YTD, as of last close
