Confirmation of name change to Potter & Moore

 

The Company, a British-based beauty and well-being brand owner and private
label manufacturer, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement
made on 23 April 2026, Companies House has now issued it with a certificate of
incorporation on change of name from "Creightons Plc" to " Potter & Moore
Plc". Trading in the Company's shares under the new company name and new
ticker symbol "PAM" is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 24 April 2026. The
Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

Shareholders' rights are unaffected by the change and existing share
certificates should be retained and remain valid.

Further information, including disclosures required pursuant to AIM Rule 26,
