Carvana, CRH gain on S&P 500 inclusion

** Shares of Carvana CVNA.N rise 8.9% to $435.38, while CRH CRH.N adds 6.8% to $127.56 premarket

** Online used car retailer CVNA and construction materials maker CRH set to join the S&P 500 .SPX, effective prior to the opening of trade on December 22

** Construction firm Comfort Systems USA FIX.N also set to join the benchmark, stock up 1.9% in thin trade

** Auto parts supplier LKQ LKQ.O, advanced materials firm Solstice Advanced Materials SOLS.O and  home flooring manufacturer Mohawk Industries MHK.N set to be removed from the S&P 500

** As of last close, FIX shares more than doubled YTD, CVNA up 96% and CRH up 29%
