Carvana, CRH hit record high on S&P 500 inclusion

Corrects Comfort Systems USA's share price to $1,035 from $103.50 in third bullet

** Shares of Carvana CVNA.N rise 9% to $435.69, while CRH CRH.N adds 5.8% to $126.47, both hitting record high

** Online used-car retailer CVNA and construction materials maker CRH set to join the S&P 500 .SPX, effective prior to the opening of trade on December 22

** Construction firm Comfort Systems USA FIX.N also set to join the benchmark, stock up 3.3% at $1,035

** Auto parts supplier LKQ LKQ.O, advanced materials firm Solstice Advanced Materials SOLS.O and home flooring manufacturer Mohawk Industries MHK.N set to be removed from the S&P 500; their shares trading in the range of +0.3% to -0.6%

** Including session moves', CVNA and FIX shares more than doubled YTD, CRH up 36.6%
