18(th) November 2024

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 18(th) November 2024, it transferred to
participants in its employee share schemes 3,897 Ordinary Shares at a price of
€24.24 per Ordinary Share, and at prices between £20.11 and £31.04 per
Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,089,786 Ordinary Shares in
Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares)
is 678,692,304.
