RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 23(rd) September 2025, it transferred to a
participant in its employee share schemes 820 Ordinary Shares at a price of
£20.11 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 38,309,316 Ordinary Shares in
Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares)
is 670,942,973.
