distribute 
1 million shares of its treasury common stock via public 
offering 
    * Says it plans to issue 520,000 new shares to Mizuho 
Securities 
Co., Ltd. via private placement, with  subscription date on Dec. 
26 and payment date on Dec. 27 
    * Says it aims to raise up to 22.35 billion yen and proceeds 
will 
be mainly used for loan repayment and equipment investment
