* Says it will set up a Jiangsu-based JV, which will be
engaged in
manufacture and sale of septic tank in China, with Jiangsu-based
firm, Lingzhi Environmental Protection Group, in March 2018
* Says the JV will be capitalized at 3.3 million yuan
* Says the co will hold 49 percent stake in the JV after
transaction
