* Says an asset management company will acquire 987,000
shares (15.4 percent voting power) of the company from Motokazu
Miura, chairman of the board of the company, on July 3
* Says Motokazu Miura, top shareholder of the company, will
cut voting power in the company to 3.6 percent from 19 percent
* Says this asset management company will increase voting
power in the company to 22 percent from 6.6 percent, and wiil
become top shareholder of the company
* Effective July 3
