2025 FINAL DIVIDEND

We wish to advise the following sterling equivalent of the 2025 final dividend
of the above Company.  The dividend will be paid on 13 May 2026, subject to
approval at the Company's annual general meeting scheduled to be held on 7 May
2026.

2025 final dividend per share: US cents 10.50

GBP equivalent: 7.7711 pence
