** ASX-listed shares of DGL Group  DGL.AX  rise as much as
5.9% to A$3.05 after co announces acquisition of Shackell
Transport Pty Ltd
    ** ASX shares hit highest level since Sept. 30
    ** New Zealand-based chemicals company says https://www.nzx.com/announcements/381168
 it acquired freight carrier service Shackell Transport for
A$8.9 mln ($6.62 mln), to add to its chemicals transport
business, 
    ** Deal value includes Shackell Transport's fleet of 28
primer movers, 22 bulk liquid tankers and 31 trailers that cater
for specialised products and services
    ** ASX-listed shares set for biggest single-day percentage
climb since Oct. 11 
    ** NZ-listed shares  DGC.NZ  also rise as much as 1.97% 
    ** ASX-listed shares up 167.91% since listing on May 24
