    * Says it will distribute 83,700 shares of its treasury 
common stock at 2,991 per share through private placement to The 
Master Trust Bank of Japan, Ltd 
    * Says it will raise 250.3 million yen in total through 
private placement 
    * Says placement date is Aug. 8 
    * Says proceeds will be used for business operation
