June 1 (Reuters) - STX Heavy Industries  071970.KS  Co., 
LTD: 
     
    * Says Daelim Industrial  000210.KS  Co.,Ltd has filed a 
lawsuit against the company with Seoul Central District Court, 
claiming for 43.61 billion won and related interests 
    * Says the plaintiff also requires the company to pay the 
lawsuit fee
