Brief: Duni buys shares in Sharp Serviettes

May 3 (Reuters) - Duni Ab  DUNI.ST :  
    * Duni acquires 80 pct shares in United Corporation Limited, 
trading as Sharp Serviettes, from entrepreneurs Anissa and Craig 
Phillips. 
    * Says Sharp Serviettes has an approximate annual turnover 
of SEK 60 mln and operating margin of 15 pct  
    * Says purchase of shares will affect Duni's net debt with 
about SEK 70 mln, which is covered within existing loan 
facilities 
    * Sharp Serviettes is a manufacturer and supplier of 
napkins, hygiene, and food service products in New Zealand.
