    * Says it plans to issue new units via public offering, with
paid-in price of 1,327.50 yen per unit (1.33 billion yen in
total), with subscription period from June 26 to June 27 and
payment date on July 5
    * Says it plans to issue new units via private placement,
with
paid-in price of 1,327.50 yen per unit (up to 199.1 million
yen), with subscription date on July 31 and payment date on Aug.
