    E.ON acquires British energy supplier OVO

    May 11 (Reuters) - Multinational electricity company E.ON EONGn.DE said on Monday it had acquired British energy supplier OVO for an undisclosed sum.

The deal is set to close in the second half of 2026, E.ON added.
