exploration and development company, has sent a notice to shareholders
convening an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company (the "Notice") to
be held at the offices of Orana Corporate LLP, Eccleston Yards, 25 Eccleston
Place, London, United Kingdom, SW1W 9NF at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, 15 June 2026.
