Notice of General Meeting

 

Echo Energy plc, announces that it has today posted a notice convening a
general meeting of the Company (the "GM") to be held on Tuesday 12 March 2024
at 2:00 p.m. at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan
Lane, London EC4R 3TT.

 

At the GM, resolutions will be put to shareholders to provide the directors
with share issuance authorities with which to, inter alia, issue historically
announced warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares intended to be
issued.
