At the Audit Committee Meeting / Board Meeting held Today, both Audit Committee and the Board have recommended to the Shareholders appointment of M/s Deloitte, Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN 117366 W/W 100018) as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for 5 (Five) consecutive years from the conclusion of 67th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held in the year 2017 till the conclusion of 72nd Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2022.
