AGM Statement and YTD FY26 Trading Update

 

 

At the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") being held at 11:00am today,
Mark Castle, Chairman of Eleco Plc (AIM: ELCO), the specialist software
provider for the built environment, will make the following statement:

 

"We are pleased to report the continued progress in the Group's business
performance over the first four months of the 2026 financial year.   Eleco
continues to deliver on its growth strategy and to be well positioned for the
future in the markets it serves."

 

 "The Board remains confident in the outlook and trading remains in line
