July 26(Reuters) - Eltes Co Ltd  3967.T 
    
    * Says its top shareholder, who is the president of the
company
will transfer 600,000 shares of the company to a Tokyo-based
asset management company, and will cut voting power in the
company to 10.7 percent from 22.4 percent, and will become the
second biggest shareholder of the company
    * Says the Tokyo-based company will increase voting power in
the
company to 21.6 percent from 9.9 percent and will become top
shareholder of the company
    * Effective July 27
