** Shares of Australia's eMetals EMT.AX rise as much as 18% to A$0.059, their biggest intraday pct gain since July 3 
** Rare earths exploration co says it found encouraging signs of Tungsten at its Mineral Range Tungsten Project in the U.S. 
** Adds that the project, based in Utah, is a mining district containing the Garnet Mine, which previously produced Tungsten
** Stock down 6.7% YTD
