Oct 21 (Reuters) - EnBio Holdings Inc 6092.T :
* Says it plans to buy 100 percent stake in a Tokyo-based
solar power generation firm(target firm), at 617.5 million yen
* Says 51 percent stake in the target firm will be
transferred on Oct. 24 and remaining 49 percent stake will be
transferred on Jan. 24, 2017
* To buy photovoltaic power generation equipment, La Energia
CIERVO Rojo, at 3,497 million yen with annual power generation
output of 14.6 kwh
* Plans to take out a syndicated loan worth 3.9 billion yen
to fund solar power generation plant construction in Ishigawa
prefecture
