Brief: Capital Stage acquires German onshore coastal wind park

Nov 18 (Reuters) - Capital Stage AG  HWAG.DE : 
    * Acquires German onshore coastal wind park with a capacity 
of 38.5 MW from Energiekontor AG  EKTG.DE  
    * Total investment volume for wind park, including debt, is 
about 70 million euros ($74.66 million) 
    * Full purchase price is due upon commissioning of wind park 
    * German wind park is therefore expected to make revenue 
contributions of almost 8 million euros from its first full year 
of operation
