July 12 (Reuters) - Capital Stage AG  HWAG.DE : 
    * Acquires German onshore wind park in Lower Saxony with a 
capacity of 6.4 MW 
    * Total investment volume for onshore wind park acquired, 
including debt financing on project level, sums up to some 13.5 
million euros ($15.00 million) 
    * With new acquisition by Capital Stage total generation 
capacity from wind energy increases to over 130 MW
