    * Acquires wind park in Lower Saxony with a capacity of 11.4 megawatts 
    * Seller is project developer Energiekontor AG 
    * Total installed capacity of portfolio of solar and wind parks run by chorus rises up to 
265 megawatts 
    * Total investment volume for wind park is around 21 million euros ($22.4 million) including 
debt 
    * Expects revenue contributions of around 2.4 million euros from its first full year of
