Brief: Energiekontor FY 2014 EBIT up 19 pct to 40.7 mln euros

April 1 (Reuters) - Energiekontor AG  EKTG.DE : 
    * Said on Tuesday EBIT increased significantly by 19 pct 
over the previous year (34.1 million euros) in fiscal 2014, with 
40.7 million euros ($43.87 million) 
    * FY 2014 sales increased by 30 pct to 153.3 million euros 
(previous year: 117.8 million euros) 
    * FY 2014 consolidated net profit of 14.1 million euros, 
slightly above the previous year (13.5 million euros) 
    * To propose increase in dividend of 0.60 euros per share
