Feb 17 (Reuters) - Gamesa Corporacion Tecnologica SA 
 GAM.MC : 
    * Says it will repower a German wind farm with 4.5 MW 
turbines 
    * The company will install three G128-4.5 MW turbines at the 
Debstedt wind farm, having received its first order from 
Energiekontor  EKTG.DE  
    * Says to operate and maintain the facility for 18 years
