ENN Natural Gas' $11.6 billion ENN Energy buyout collapses on regulatory hurdles

    June 12 (Reuters) - ENN Natural Gas' 600803.SS plan to buy the rest of the clean energy company ENN Energy 2688.HK collapsed after failing to secure key regulatory approvals before the June 12 long-stop deadline, the companies said on Friday.
The deal, first announced in March last year, valued ENN Energy at HK$90.50 billion ($11.55 billion).
