* Says co's president, the top shareholder Tomikazu Sano
plans to sell shares in co to a Shizuoka-based investment firm
* Tomikazu Sano will decrease stake in co to 3.00 percent
from 47.08 percent, and will become the third major shareholder
* Shizuoka-based investment firm will raise stake in co to
44.08 percent from 0 percent, and will be the top shareholder
after transaction
* Changes will occur on Nov. 17
