highest level since May 16
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Sept. 11
    ** Miner says September tungsten production is a record
high, which is up 51% compared with the avg monthly output in Q4
FY24
    ** Says increase aligns with China restricting tungsten
exports and the United States placing tariff on Chinese tungsten
    ** Stock down ~7% YTD
