** Shares of EQ Resources EQR.AX rise as much as 13% to A$0.435, their biggest intraday pct gain since August 5
** Shares hit their highest level since September 2
** The tungsten miner enters a framework agreement to acquire 10% stake in a U.S. joint venture to restart and operate the Springer ammonium paratungstate plant in Nevada
** Company says it will provide engineering, project management and ore-sorting expertise, and supply 4,000 metric tons of contained tungsten trioxide concentrate under an eight-year offtake agreement after commissioning
** More than 55.3 million shares change hands, about 1.6x the 30-day average
** Stock up 412.1% YTD, including session's moves
