ISSUE OF SECURITIES 
 
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX:EUR) (the Company) advises that 12,609,401 fully paid shares (Shares) and 12,609,401 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.05 (5 cents) and expiry date of 31 July 2022 (Options) have been issued on 29 May 2020.
In respect to the securities issued, a total of 10,609,401 Shares and 10,609,401 Options were issued pursuant to the conversion of debt (refer announcement dated 27 May 2020).  The Company expects that the reminder of the Shares and Options to be issued pursuant to the conversion of debt will be issued on or prior to 5 June 2020.
The balance of 2,000,000 Shares and 2,000,000 Options were issued to Empire Capital Partners in respect to the Talaxis engagement (refer announcement dated 27 May 2020).
Application has been made for 12,609,401 shares to be admitted to trading on Aquis (Admission). Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 5th June 2020. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 647,500,360 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  The above figure of 647,500,360 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
