ISSUE OF SECURITIES 
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX:EUR) (the Company) advises that 6,666,667 fully paid shares (the Shares) have been issued.  
 
In respect to the Shares, a total of 5,000,000 have been issued to Winance as announced on 5 March 2020. The full announcement can be seen at:

The balance of 1,666,667 shares have been issued to convert $50,000 of debt into equity.  
 
The Company will have 726,539,856 Ordinary Shares in issue. The above figure of 726,539,856  may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
