ISSUE OF SECURITIES 
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX:EUR) (the Company) advises that 5,626,183 fully paid shares (Shares) and 5,626,183 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.05 (5 cents) and expiry date of 31 July 2022 (Options) have been issued on 3 June 2020.
In respect to the securities issued, a total of 4,256,619 Shares and 4,256,619 Options were issued pursuant to the conversion of debt announced on 27 May 2020.  
The balance of 1,369,564 Shares and 1,369,564 Options have been issued to the following creditors who have agreed to covert $61,630 of debt into equity:

Application has been made for 5,626,183 shares to be admitted to trading on Aquis (Admission). Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 9 th  June 2020. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 653,126,543 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  The above figure of 653,126,543 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
