Clarification to Announcement on 22 March 2019
 
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX:EUR) (the Company) refers to the announcement released on 22 March 2019 titled "Corporate Presentation."
The presentation contains production and financial results from EUR's Prefeasibility Study (PFS) released on 5 April 2018.
The figures contained in the presentation were prepared based on a lithium hydroxide price of US$16,000/t (updated from US$18,351/t as reported in the PFS).  The change in price is reflective of current lithium prices.
In accordance with LR 5.19 the Company confirms that all other material assumptions underpinning the production target, or the forecast financial information derived from the production target continue to apply and have not materially changed.
